Easy Bean and Avocado Salad



(gluten free)



1 can of butter beans

1 avocado

1 red pepper

a handful of raisins

2 Tbsp of plain goat yogurt

2 tbsp of tumeric powder

1tsp of curry powder


1 lemon

½ a red onion



1) chop avocado, onion red pepper and place in a salad bowl.

2) add butter beans (drained), raisins, goat yogurt to the salad bowl.

3) add turmeric, curry

4) season to your taste with salt and lemon.
