Avocado and Lentil Dip

(gluten & dairy free)

 

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 can of lentils (drained)

1 lemon

½ cup of olive oil

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp of fresh chopped chives

Salt.

Process: Add all ingredients into a blender until smooth.

You can also add more lemon juice if you prefer a stronger lemon taste.

Add salt according to your preference.
